Outreach February 2026 Product Release: AI That Understands and Acts

We’re kicking off 2026 with one of our most ambitious releases yet. Built for modern, full‑cycle revenue teams, this release introduces a powerful set of AI‑driven innovations designed to eliminate busywork, cut through noise, and help sellers focus on what matters most: executing great deals and closing more revenue. 

Across every stage of the revenue cycle, Outreach delivers connected intelligence that understands your business and acts inside your workflows. Instead of jumping between tools, stitching together insights, or manually translating signals into next steps, sellers and leaders can rely on Outreach as a single system of clarity and action. 

Let’s take a closer look at what’s new.

AI That Understands and Acts 

Revenue teams today are drowning in data. Insights live across countless disconnected systems, making it harder than ever for sellers to understand what’s happening in their deals and preventing them from taking action when it matters most. By the time your sellers get caught up, deals have already stalled out. 

This release makes a major investment in data connectivity and integrations to ensure Outreach intelligence doesn’t live in isolation, but flows seamlessly across your revenue stack. This coordination enables AI to truly understand your business and act within your workflows.  

Outreach MCP 

Switching between tools to find the right data context is not only one of the biggest drains on seller productivity but also one of the biggest barriers to effective AI. That’s why we’re proud to announce our Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server.

Now Outreach insights, activity signals, and next best actions flow into external AI systems without needing custom integration work. This represents a shift from fragmented insights spread across disconnected systems to coordinated intelligence that understands your business and acts within your workflows.

With the launch of Outreach MCP, Outreach has joined Anthropic’s Model Context Protocol (MCP) ecosystem, enabling secure connectivity between Outreach’s unique revenue insights and Claude. By allowing Outreach AI to share live operational context with Claude and other systems, revenue teams can work more efficiently, take action directly in the tools where they operate, and reduce context switching. The result is more precise agent outcomes and improved productivity across teams.

Data & Integrations 

We’re also launching new ways to bring external data into Outreach, transforming siloed data into coordinated action. 

  • Starting with enhancements to Smart Data Enrichment, we’re introducing a new integration with LeadIQ to further enrich your sales data. Plus, we expanded our existing integration with ZoomInfo to surface website visit signals that enable sellers to tap into spikes or increased web activity as an indication of heightened buyer interest. 
  • But some data is more complicated; it’s unstructured. Think of critical product details, pricing policies, and technical answers that are buried in internal folders. All that content holds valuable insights that your go-to-market teams rely on, so it shouldn’t be hard to find. With Outreach Knowledge (Beta), we’re bringing your company content directly into Outreach, so reps can respond to customers immediately without needing to search for that one specific product data sheet or needing to chase down a member of your product team. All of this adds up to a better customer experience and higher rep productivity. 
  • There’s one more data integration feature we can’t leave out! Conversation intelligence is one of the richest sources of insight in the revenue cycle and now KaiaTM APIs make call and meeting data available for better integration with other systems. Use them to fuel internal BI tools or new automations and ground your workflows in conversation intelligence. 

Efficient Workflows That Move Deals Forward 

Sales teams win by focusing on selling, not busywork. 

With this release, Outreach’s AI handles the prep, research, organization, and follow‑through that defines the day-to-day reality of sellers, so reps stay engaged with customers instead of systems. Together this drives faster execution, stronger deal hygiene, and fewer stalled opportunities. 

AI Agents 

This quarter we’re growing our suite of agents with the launch of the Meeting Prep Agent (Beta) to help sellers show up prepared and focused for every meeting. Instead of spending valuable time preparing, the Meeting Prep Agent pulls together a concise meeting brief ahead of time with recommended talking points, attendee overviews, account overviews, and more. Sellers can start every conversation with confidence and leaders can ensure their teams run consistent, high-quality meetings that move deals forward.  

And the rest of Outreach’s Agents? Not to worry, we’ve also expanded the scope of what both our Deal Agent and Research Agent can achieve.  

  • There are three exciting updates coming to the Deal Agent. First, AI-recommended updates are now also available for custom sales methodologies and new opportunity fields. Second, AI-recommended updates can now be made automatically without rep intervention. This frees reps from manual edits and  ensures deal data stays accurate, with no human bias. Third, the Deal Agent now also includes an AI Deal Summary providing clarity into the current status of deals, so reps can quickly get up to speed and better align with their managers during deal reviews. 
  • For the Research Agent we’re excited to introduce scheduled research. Now research stays up to date with relevant account insights scheduled to automatically refresh at recurring intervals (daily, weekly, monthly). With fresh, relevant research delivered instantly, sellers can stay on top of key changes and better strategize on their account plans.  

Conversation Intelligence Everywhere You Work 

Deals don’t just move forward at a desk. 

When you’re traveling to a customer onsite, KaiaTM In-Person Recording is available via the mobile app to capture your conversations automatically. No need to spend your time distracted by writing notes and no forgetting about that one task you were meant to follow up on. And with Meeting Summaries available in Slack, you can revisit your meeting insights on the Uber drive back to your hotel and start your follow ups without losing deal momentum. That isn’t just efficiency for its own sake, it’s about meeting sellers where they work so nothing slips through the cracks.  

Reclaim Valuable Time 

Speaking of efficiency, deal momentum is also lost when sellers are burdened by the operational drag required to do their jobs. Manual dialing is a great example. It wastes time and breaks momentum. That’s why we’re launching Sequential Dialing so reps can move through call tasks more efficiently, spending less time clicking and more time having real conversations with engaged buyers.
