With the Research Agent, save hours of manual account research, surfacing key insights from both your own data and the web. No more scrolling back through old call transcripts, or googling the target account in a desperate attempt to sound relatable on that first call.
Deal Agent pairs the power of Kaia, our conversation intelligence AI, with our deal management capabilities to suggest updates to opportunity fields and deal status automatically within the platform, removing the admin burden from sellers.

While AI has been a big focus for us at Outreach and well... a lot of other folks gestures to every press release and LinkedIn post in the past two years, we remain committed to continuously innovating the collaborative experience of the platform.
Leave comments, tag teammates, and start threaded conversations right inside Kaia recordings. Pull in a manager to highlight a particularly interesting insight from a customer or tag your product manager in an instance where the customer gave poignant feedback about a product or offering.
Our Mobile App has some noteworthy updates as well. You can now use Kaia in the app, view opportunities, and even use Smart Meeting Assist to get immediate takeaways and targeted outcomes from your meetings.
Last, but certainly not least, are major improvements to your ability to leverage data in Outreach.
Our Smart Data Enrichment Service unblocks the challenge of integrating with 3rd party data providers by providing pre-built connectors with external data providers that remove data siloes and allow customers to leverage the data they need to recognize the promise of AI integrated throughout their workflows.
Plus, ZoomInfo and Sales Intel are our new data partners, ensuring that Outreach is partnering with key players throughout the data go-to-market ecosystem.
Field level governance and line item forecasting allow you to get more granular with what information is surfaced and be more precise with the takeaways to allow you to do your job more effectively and efficiently.
