Today, I am very excited to share that Outreach, the leading sales engagement platform, has secured $114 million in Series E financing at a $1.1 billion valuation.
That’s right: Outreach is officially a “unicorn” and the only one in the rapidly growing sales engagement space.
Today is a momentous day not only for our founders, partners, investors, employees, and family, but for our customers—the more than 3,300 businesses that trust us to help fuel their growth. They are our obsession; our North Star; and the driving force behind every action we take.
This new round of funding will support our best-in-class machine learning capabilities and take them to the next level. Outreach is the single pane of glass—a complete system of action—for all customer-facing reps, providing one application for every sales motion. And this financing will enable us to infuse every aspect of the customer journey with the power of machine learning so organizations can identify the actions that move the needle in order to make better, faster decisions.
We will also expand in the coming months by doubling our machine learning team, increasing our international footprint, and investing in our partner ecosystem, Galaxy, as well as our recently announced integration with Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 for Sales.
Lone Pine Capital led Outreach’s Series E round with strong participation from Meritech Capital Partners and additional investment from new investor Lemonade Capital, Allison Bhusri’s investment fund. Existing investors DFJ Growth, Four Rivers Group, Mayfield, M12, Sapphire Ventures, Spark Capital and Trinity Ventures also joined the round, bringing Outreach’s total funding to date to $239 million.
