Let's start with a wave of updates that are all about purpose built intelligence. Smarter workflows, assistance that shows up right when you need it, and experiences that instantly adapt to your role. First, we've got personalized homepages. We're rolling out brand new out of the box homepage layouts, one designed specifically for prospectors and one for deal closers for this release. You can even further personalize your layout using a flexible tile framework. So the first screen you see actually reflects your priorities. For closers, that means things like upcoming meetings and favorited accounts are surfaced automatically. And a unified assist is now front and center, allowing you to get instant answers to your questions across both accounts and open deals in one place. And for reps on the go, the outreach mobile app now supports calendar so you can join or book meetings right from your phone. Next, Smart Account Assist is getting significantly smarter. It's now available directly inside of both Salesforce and Dynamics and in the prospect side panel with new timeframe filters. So your answers can be contextualized to say the last thirty or ninety days. It now looks across up to eighty recent recorded conversations and over five hundred emails to make insights even more intuitive. It now clearly distinguishes between buyer and seller speech as well. So if you ask about risks posed by the buyer, you won't see your own internal commentary mixed in. These enhancements also extend to our research agent, ensuring that you get the most relevant actionable insights however you're searching. On the voice front, we're introducing personalized voicemails. AI can now generate custom voicemails driven by predefined prompts, which means voicemail scripts are automatically created for the rep to drop the second a call hits the mailbox. No prerecording, no repetition, just effortless outbound. We're also launching intelligent inbound call routing. You can now route inbound calls into dedicated queues with round robin, longest available agent, or time of day logic directly embedded. This has historically only existed in power dialers, but bringing it into Outreach means we're now supporting both sides of the revenue motion, world class outbound and intelligent inbound response. Finally, we're continuing to enhance our deal agent. We've consolidated intelligence across conversations. So instead of getting a unique recommendation per conversation, you'll now see just one holistic update to make. It will also suggest changes to your next steps and show you timestamps so you know exactly when fields were last updated. You'll also be able to instantly link a prospect to the champion or economic buyer fields, turning CRM hygiene into a one click action. Next, I'll hand it over to Chris, our customer experience manager to walk you through improvements in one of the areas revenue leaders care about most right now, visibility. Thanks, Emily. In my role, I spend a lot of time with customers who are looking to go beyond static reports and unlock real intelligence. The kind of insights that reveal risk, highlight opportunity, and show momentum in a way that drives action. That's why I'm so excited about what's coming in this next release. First, clear visibility into the outcomes that are driven by our revenue agents. You can now understand exactly how your AI agents are performing right from the list view. You'll see concrete outcomes such as how many net new prospects were sourced, how many prospects were added to sequence, and conversion metrics like reply rate, interest rate, and meetings booked. This kind of data gives leaders instant confidence that their AI agents are delivering results. Second, AI content insights. These insights provide the data you need to continuously improve your prompts. In this release, we're giving users the ability to actually see for themselves which parts of a message were AI generated, which parts of a message were written by a human, and which parts were first written by AI, but then manually edited by a seller. And third, we're bringing amazing new insights into the team performance report. Not only are we giving you all analytics into how your agents are performing, we are giving you a whole new report called the team performance outcomes report that managers and leaders can use to get visibility into how their team's activity is driving actual concrete results. Leaders can distinguish winning teams from underperforming teams, and they can determine which activities correlate to an increase in win rates. And once you've identified those top performing behaviors, you'll know exactly where you need to coach your reps to boost their overall team performance. And last, we're launching a new forecast movement chart. You're now able to see instantly how your forecast has shifted week over week directly from within forecast trends. This powerful new view makes forecast and pipeline movements easy to understand, easy to explain, and impossible to ignore. The best part, You can now also view and submit your forecast directly from the Outreach mobile app when you need to make updates to your forecast on the go. Thanks, Chris. Building on that momentum, our final theme is all about data, expanding Outreach's ecosystem so your sellers and our AI have the intelligence they need to drive even stronger results. We're continuing to expand our data coverage. Our integration with ZoomInfo now includes intent topics that help you uncover what key accounts are researching and reveal early buying intent. You can easily filter by intent topic or intent level to prioritize which accounts to engage with. We've also expanded data coverage with sales intel, which means even smarter targeting for your sellers and AI agents alike. And it gets better. We're not just delivering more data. We're also giving you smarter control over how it's managed. For customers that work with multiple data vendors, data enrichment in Outreach now supports a cascading rules based configuration. Cascading rules allow Outreach to pull enrich data from multiple providers when coverage varies, ensuring maximum accuracy and completeness. Across intelligence, analytics, and your data foundation, Outreach is evolving into a more adaptive system. One that provides deeper customization, richer reporting, and expanded data capabilities.
