Outreach Q4 2025 Product Release: AI That Adapts to You

Outreach is wrapping up the calendar year with our final quarterly product release of 2025. Throughout the past 12 months we’ve seen the potential of revenue-focused AI evolve rapidly and exceed expectations, and this quarter is no different. Our enhancements to the Outreach AI Revenue Workflow platform continue to set the bar even higher for how a system of action delivers highly visible, efficient and predictable go-to-market workflows time and time again.  

This quarter we’ve focused on three key areas to uplevel the experience that our customers have with Outreach:

An AI revenue platform that adapts to your workflow 

Much of the conversation around AI has revolved around change management; how to successfully drive rep adoption of AI workflows. Often there’s a new button to push, a new tool to toggle, and new processes that divert attention away from using the AI to help reps.  

We envision AI that surfaces exactly what you need, and nothing more. It understands your role, your deals, and the insights that you need. Every interaction is personalized and gives you clarity on what matters most, guiding the next steps, and freeing you to focus on impact.  

  • This starts with the first click when you dive into the platform. We launch our new Personalized Homepage to give you a flexible workspace catered to your priorities. Use our pre-built layouts catered to SDRs and AEs roles or further customize a homepage layout that best suits you. Keep the most relevant information, insights, and actions on your daily start page, helping you work smarter and stay focused on what matters most.
  • We’ve also expanded the scope of what our Revenue, Deal, and Research Agents can achieve, alongside updates to our AI Personalization capability to further support reps in calls by delivering AI generated scripts for voicemail drops. These capabilities are powered by conversation signals and insights from calls, meetings, and emails, as well as external data sources. Gone are the days of vanilla scripts and uninspired voicemails.  

Boost team performance with smarter insights 

By using AI and analytics, leaders can connect team behaviors, conversation signals and buyer engagement with outcomes, uncovering insights on what drives performance and what’s holding deals back. The result: more predictable revenue and measurable ROI.  

  • Continuous improvement isn’t just a buzzword stolen from software engineering and DevOps, it rings true in the world of Revenue professionals as well. Our improved analytics suite includes new forecasting movement visuals, team performance outcomes reports, opportunity splits, and hierarchies in reporting. Leaders can unblock teams with granular insights into what’s working and what’s not to quickly capitalize on opportunities or remediate issues.  
  • Team performance isn’t unlocked only with analysis of their performance but also relies upon the improved content available to them. AI Content Insights provide your teams with visibility into how AI content is being leveraged so your teams can easily optimize prompts and refine outcomes. 

Expanding our data ecosystem that powers AI 

The best AI is only as good as the data behind it. Outreach brings together powerful data that AI agents and sellers can act on including engagement data from emails, calls, meetings, and seller activities, as well as data from CRMs, Cloud Data Warehouses (CDWs), and signals from data providers like ZoomInfo or SalesIntel. 

In November, we’re expanding our data foundation – adding more signals and enrichment controls. By giving AI agents relevant, always-fresh context, they can take the right action at the right time – delivering extraordinary outcomes. 

We’re excited to announce new data to leverage in Outreach:  

  • We’re expanding our data coverage for Smart Data Enrichment. Surface what accounts are researching with intent topics from ZoomInfo. Act on new signals, such as IPO, Acquisitions, and Acquired from SalesIntel.  
  • You want to use multiple data providers to enrich accounts? Well now you can with the latest refresh of our Smart Data Enrichment Services (SDES). Use cascade enrichment controls to assign multiple providers per data type and maximize coverage when one returns no results, ensuring your teams are operating on the best data available. 
  • Snowflake enrichment just landed on opportunity records! Pull in your unique Snowflake data to your opportunities to support your AI-driven workflows and help move deals forward.
