This year at annual sales conference, Unleash 2025, we launched something new and very close to our hearts: the Amplify Awards. These awards are all about celebrating the incredible customers who are pushing boundaries, driving adoption, and helping shape the future of sales execution. 

Backed by data from our Business Intelligence team and nominations from the Customer Success Managers who know our customers best, these awards spotlight the people and teams who are at the heart of making Outreach shine.

🏅 Sales is a Team Sport 

Winner: SolarWinds 
Awarded for: Highest consistent engagement rate 

SolarWinds hit a perfect 100% engagement with Kaia, our conversational intelligence tool. That’s right—every rep, every call, every time. It’s a masterclass in team-wide adoption and alignment. 

🚀 Mission Control 

Winner: Matt Brodie, Revenue Operations Manager, IBISWorld 
Awarded for: Strategic leadership and adoption excellence 

Matt Brodie is the kind of Outreach admin every team hopes for. From building persona-based sequences to running trainings and optimizing reporting, he’s the engine behind IBISWorld’s Outreach success.

📝 Most Valuable Content (MVC) 

Winner: Mallory Davidson, Sales Enablement Manager, GTM Tools, Verkada 
Awarded for: Best content management by an admin 

Mallory Davidson led a full content overhaul at Verkada—and the results speak for themselves! Reply rates jumped from 5.8% to 9.6%, while both positive replies and meeting conversions more than doubled. Content that converts? Every admin’s goal!  

 🧩 The Workflow Architect 

Winner: Tina Casagrande, Sr. Enablement Manager, Revenue Systems, Pendo 
Awarded for: Workflow innovation with Outreach and Pendo 

Tina partnered with our Professional Services team to build a “Pendo for Outreach” onboarding module that guides new hires through setup, use cases, and team-specific workflows. It’s reduced ramp time, lifted adoption, and made onboarding a breeze.

 🔭 Funnel Vision 

Winner: Siemens 
Awarded for: Most engaged forecasting customer 

With 1,650 forecasting users, Siemens leads the pack in both engagement and submission rates. They’ve also been incredible partners to our product team—pushing for new features and adopting them with enthusiasm. That’s what vision looks like. 

🎨 Creative Genius 

Winner: Amplitude 
Awarded for: Best design partner 

Amplitude is our go-to collaborator when it comes to product design—especially around forecasting. From product studies to feedback sessions, they’ve been all-in on helping us build better, smarter tools. We couldn’t ask for a more creative, thoughtful partner.
