Sr. Customer Success Manger
Cross-department threading is one of our favorite ways to win more deals. This template leverages existing relationships within an account to make connections throughout a buyer’s organization and create multiple champions in multiple departments.
About this Template
As reps uncover new contacts within their account, they can use this template to engage a potential buyer in another department and multi-thread. Once applied, they should personalize variables in the provided template using findings from their account research. Doing so helps them position themselves as a trusted advisor early on and establish a strong connection within their account, leading to improved win rates!
