Pay-as-you-go and Overages: Rates and terms

The rates published in this document are the current per-credit rates to be charged if the Customer has consumed credits over the amount provided via the credit pack(s) as listed in Customer’s active Order(s) (“Pay-as you go Charges”). Pay-as-you-go Charges will be metered and tracked by Outreach, and will be billed in arrears on a per-credit basis as follows:
- Pay as you go per credit rate (subject to change): $1.40
Customer is solely responsible for purchasing additional credit-pack(s) timely. Outreach will not prevent or restrict Amplify per credit usage when pre-purchased credits are exhausted. If Customer has exhausted, or is close to exhausting, its pre-purchased credit pack, the Customer should reach out to its Outreach Account Executive to ensure timely purchase of an additional pre-purchased credit pack.
Other items:
- The billing cycle for overages is monthly with credit balances computed on the 1st of each month. Any negative balances (overages) will be invoiced accordingly, with payment due on receipt.
- The purchase of additional credit packs is subject to then-current rates, as detailed in the applicable Order Form.
