- To create the Coach Card, you must have Admin or Coach Card permissions in Outreach.
- To use the Coach Card, Admin has provisioned a Kaia license
- To use the Coach Card, user has invited Kaia to join a meeting
- To apply the Coach Card, users have visibility and access to recording
