Engagement reminder task Trigger
By Marco Fortaleza
Sr. Outreach Platform Manager
Time-based triggers are a powerful way to automate your sales processes, but you can also use them throughout the customer journey. To help our CSMs manage their books of business, our team uses this Trigger to automatically create a task in an owner’s queue if low activity is detected. This helps streamline rep workflows, prioritize where they need to take action, and improve overall customer retention.
About this Trigger
Maintaining regular touchpoints with key stakeholders in a customer’s account is a critical component of retention and expansion efforts. Admins can create this trigger at the Opportunity level to automatically create a task for a CSM to check in if they haven’t engaged with the customer in the last 30 days. You can further customize the experience by adding Notes that specify any workflows, features, or content you want reps to utilize during the engagement.
