We are honored to announce our appearance on the Seattle Business magazine's Best 100 Places to Work For in Washington 2016!
The list, which is comprised of companies all over Washington State, categorizes companies by size and within that, ranks based on qualities such as executive leadership, work environment, benefits and corporate culture. The winners were selected based on extensive confidential surveys completed by employees.
"I'm so proud of the culture this company has built and that our team has been recognized for the hard work they have put in," CEO Manuel Medina said. "Being a great place to work is no longer a secret," he said with a smile. Outreach scored highest in communication and corporate culture.
Founded in 2014, Outreach has grown to more than 75 employees across three states. Most recently, they received their Series B funding from the likes of Trinity Ventures and Microsoft with the goal of expanding its engineering team - further developing its automation and workflow technology for sales professionals - and expand its marketing team to reach new customers.
