Users and administrators can now tag sequences and assign rulesets in bulk

Posted May 11, 2016

Today, I'm excited to announce that we have released an update that makes incredibly easy to tag and assign rulesets to sequences. For any team manager, keeping your sequences categorized with tags is important to searching, and making the right content showing up within smart views, which we'll be announcing shortly. Applying rulesets to sequences help take the settings off the sequence, and globalize them to one set of options that can be controlled by administrators from one place, whether that means changing how stages are updated, or even safety settings. Now with the ability to apply these in bulk, team managers can quickly apply the settings that make their team successful. Let's take a look!

Demo

From the sequences section, users can simply check a checkbox or more on the left side of sequences, and look to the options menu for the ability to apply tags or assign rulesets. When assigning rulesets, be aware that the custom rules that used to display on the sequence settings section will disappear, and will be referenced through the ruleset itself.

Additional Information

With this new update, teams can now keep their sequences categorized more efficiently, and ensure that the settings for each sequence are more easily controlled from a centralized location.
