Every member of the Outreach Family owns what they do, and they truly want to do the right thing, whether that’s by their customers, their colleagues, or the Sales Engagement community as a whole.

Our core values help to drive more value to our customers, and in turn more value to our company: $1.1 billion, to be exact. After an $114M Series E funding round, Outreach is now a unicorn! And that funding is going straight back into our values, our customers, and our product - like an upward spiral of returns for all.

What gives Outreach the edge? How is it that we continue to improve and build status quo(ta)-smashing sales technology and feel great doing it? It’s not for the money or the fame, it’s ingrained in our company culture.

The Beginnings

In early 2014, our founders found themselves short on cash and in dire need of hitting our sales goal for the company to survive. To achieve an unlikely outcome, they built themselves software to equip 3 salespeople to sell like 20. Outreach was born.

From that moment on, we’ve understood how technology can change the game for revenue teams. It’s what led us to believe in the power of salespeople to drive innovation. Today, we’re a determined team on a mission to change the way companies engage with their customers throughout their lifecycle.

We embody these values both internally - through initiatives like our first employee resource group, Outreach Women’s Network (OWN) - and externally through our partnerships with numerous sales-focused organizations designed to elevate the sales profession, including Sales Hacker, Modern Sales Pros, Women Sales Pros, #GirlsClub, and more. We implemented an immigrant advocate policy to sponsor employees' H-1B visas and are committed to enabling employees to obtain green cards and become citizens.
