    Outreach is compatible with Single Sign On (SSO) applications including Okta

  • Admin Controlled

    To setup Okta with Outreach, admin privileges in Outreach and Okta are required

  • Just In Time Provisioning

    When a user exists in Okta but not Outreach yet, the first time the user tries to login, Okta can supply the user’s email to Outreach for account creation

  • Use NameId Instead of Email

    For rare cases when users have different email addresses for Outreach than Okta or you have multiple Outreach instances, use NameId instead of email
