The Problem
Many of our customers are within organizations who are driven heavily by marketing, and as such, have a healthy inbound stream of sales inquiries. It's really important for sales teams to be able to follow up with every lead who requests a demo.
The Solution
Users can configure their mailboxes to sync with their normal personal mailbox for reply detection, but connect SendGrid to their SMTP configuration through the Sendgrid API.
Emails will then be sent through the SendGrid connection, as configured by administrators within SendGrid, and when users receive replies, Outreach will detect them as normal.
