Knowing what products your account has purchased is crucial, especially when it comes to competitive takeouts and upselling efforts. By creating an Account Purchases saved view, sellers have a single view into valuable purchase data related to competitors so they can create upsell opportunities at the right time.
About this Saved View
During the sales cycle, AEs can use Purchases in Outreach to capture complementary or competitor products their prospects use. Once a customer has been onboarded, CSMs and sales can partner together to use these insights to identify expansion and competitive takeout opportunities. To simplify this process, teams can use this Saved View to surface those accounts and take strategic action at the right time.

- Sales and/or Customer Success are tracking Purchases
