To make that first connection with a prospect you need to stand out from the noise. It means saying the right thing, at the right time, to catch their attention and spark interest. As a Sales Rep, you need to do your homework and research a prospect to say something meaningful. You can easily spend tireless hours doing this.

It shouldn’t be so difficult, so that’s why we’ve built Sales Intelligence Tiles directly into Outreach. We’ve brought together all the data sources you use to learn about prospects and their companies, all into Outreach.

Let’s take a look!

Top performing sales reps tell us they look for something personal to use as an icebreaker or context about their prospect’s organization to ensure they’re relevant. So we’ve included data from a variety of sources, including Twitter, Owler, MapBox, Dark Sky, Salesforce, and Outreach. You’ll find this presented with individual tiles built into every Prospect and Account Overview, so whether you’re looking at an individual or an organization, we’ve pulled together relevant information about them.

Let me show you how it works. When you’re looking at an individual prospect or account you’ll land on our pre-designed layout - “engagement insights,” which is a combination of tiles that quickly inform you about your previous interactions with this prospect. You can easily toggle to the other two pre-design layouts - Account Overview and Prospect Overview - to give you more in depth information on either that Account or the Prospect. The Account Overview layout displays company firmographics and key details about the account; the Prospect Overview layout provides historical Outreach & CRM activity related to the prospect.

We’ve also given you complete control to customize a layout with any combination of tiles you’d like. You’ll find this option in the dropdown. Simply select “edit” then “clone” then rename your layout and you’re ready to go! You can add new tiles, remove tiles, or rearrange the layout to fit your workflow. When you’ve found your favorite tiles and perfected your layout, you can set it as a default, so it always appear when you click into your prospects or accounts.

A quick note on permissions - Outreach Admins can decide whether their reps can create and share layouts, and decide whose layouts they can view.

Sales intelligence Tiles is a powerful addition to ensure you have all the relevant information and insights about the people and organizations you engage with, right in the system you do your job. Over the next few months, you can expect to see continued updates, including partner integrations, additional tiles, design updates, and new suggested layouts.
