Voicemail drop allows you to pre-record voicemails so you save time leaving messages, and you’re always prepared with the right thing to say when you hear that beep. For reps making 100 calls a day, voicemail drop can win back 7 hours of selling time per month! 

With Voicemail Drop, you can:

  • Repurpose your best voicemails at scale
  • Create multiple pre-recorded voicemails, and select a default message
  • Click to drop voicemails for both VOIP and bridge calls
  • And automatically record a default disposition when a voicemail is dropped

As we continue to innovate on this feature, expect to see enhanced capabilities, including:

  • Call analytics including callback rate so you can measure which voicemails are most effective
  • And the ability to intelligently select which voicemail you drop, based on type of call, sequence, or prospect

And sometimes a personalized voicemail will be more effective than a generic one. Our sales team, for example, looked at our own data and saw that with certain demographics, personalized voicemails don’t move the needle with deals closed.
