September was one for the history books. Brazilian surfer Maya Gabeira broke the world record for largest wave ever surfed, and she has no plans of stopping. Similarly, Outreach rode a pretty big wave of its own last month, as Forrester named Outreach a leader in The Forrester Wave™: Sales Engagement, Q3 2020. We earned the highest scores possible in 11 criteria in the evaluation and received the highest score of any vendor in the current offering category. Greater Funnel Insights with New Activity Tracking
From closers working multiple opportunities at a large enterprise account, or customer success managers working on renewals, customer-facing reps need complete control over how emails are associated with their opportunities.
Now, Outreach gives sales reps the flexibility to assign an email with the correct opportunity, giving a greater level of customization and oversight within the context of the conversation and each recipient.
This new opportunity drop-down functionality ensures activities end up in the right place, giving reps and managers a clearer picture of how conversations are going with deals. All of this can be done right from the Gmail inbox experience.
This feature will be available October 12th—for more information, check out our support article.
Bulk Picklist Value Creation Enhancement
Is it Connecticut, Conneticut, CT, or Conn? One of the greatest things about sales is the human aspect, but sometimes our individuality can cause data issues, especially when it comes to data entry. If your teams are using different values or spellings for the same field, it can cause havoc on your data and lead to unintentional triggers that confuse opportunities and ownership.
Now, we are giving Outreach Admins the confidence and control over their data by allowing them to copy and paste Picklist/Dropdown values and enter them in bulk into Outreach.
With this new feature, we give admins and their teams the data consistency needed for more accurate reporting and more consistent workflow execution.

With new Hybrid Modern Authorization, Outreach supports your preferred privacy and security configurations.
