Users can now push a set of contacts or leads into outreach from Salesforce

We spend a lot of time thinking about how to make engagement workflows better in Salesforce, especially for organizations focused on account-based sales. Today, I want to introduce a big enhancement we launched for the Salesforce integration experience that makes it easy to pull the specific set of records into Outreach from the list view. This works really well when you have a list of contacts you need to engage matching certain personas within your book of accounts. Let's take a look!

How it works

Within Salesforce, when the extension is enabled and a user is on a contact list view, there will be an additional button above the list view which allows users to add to Outreach.

Simply select the records you want to push into Outreach, which could be all, then press the button. Outreach will import them through the API connection, one by one, showing you progress as it goes. When it's complete, you will see that set of records on your sidebar. Then, if you want to add them to a sequence, you can do that in a couple of clicks.

If you have prospects from different personas, you're going to want to distribute those prospects to the sequences designed for those personas, and we recommend opening the sidebar to be full view, and selecting the set you are focusing on, and putting them into the right sequence.

Additional Information

Now, because of the incredible sync Outreach has built out with Salesforce, pulling those records through the API will ensure that they bring with them any data sets the administrator wants.
