New Product Features

Take the Guesswork Out of Logging Calls

Have you ever called someone using Outreach, logged the call, but wondered if your prospect will be taken out of sequence, paused, or moved forward to the next step? Not anymore!

Outreach’s new Call Disposition Indicator informs sellers of their prospect’s next step (or lack thereof) based on the call disposition you select in Outreach. If your prospect doesn’t answer, you may want to keep them in sequence. If you do connect with your prospect, your call disposition should remove them from sequence (which is now clearly indicated) so you can decide on the next best action.

With this new feature, we give sellers confidence in knowing your prospects are exactly where they need to be.

Time to Upgrade

Outreach has a unique problem as the premium provider in the sales engagement platform (SEP) category. We frequently meet with buyers who hit their heads on the ceiling of their previous, lighter sales engagement solutions. We bring on so many of them as customers that we’ve invested heavily in making their transition to Outreach as smooth as possible. Many have purchased phone numbers through their previous phone/SEP providers and up until now, have not been able to retain the phone numbers to use within Outreach.

With Outreach’s new phone number porting service, new Outreach users in the United States can now port over local phone numbers from their old carriers into Outreach, further simplifying their Outreach upgrade.

Efficient Compliance

With the implementation of CCPA in January 2020, California consumers now have the right to request for businesses to delete or anonymize certain consumer information. Manually processing these compliance delete requests can be time consuming.

Outreach helps you operate efficiently and confidently by now providing a compliance request API to existing integrators like DataGrail, future integrators, and customers to automate delete requests in compliance with regulations such as CCPA and GDPR.
