Introduction

Today, I'm excited to announce that we've made the next set of upgrades to the new Outreach experience inside of Gmail, which includes templates and template search.

As you would expect from a world class communication platform, we enrich the Gmail experience with open tracking, click tracking, tracking to Salesforce, and now, full access to your Outreach templates.

This is another huge step forward for our reimagining of the Gmail experience to help users be more effective.

Let's take a look!

Demo

From within Gmail, if an organization is part of the Early Adopter program, and the new experience is turned on in the Options section of the Chrome Extension, users will have access to the new experience.

Within the Outreach communication bar, a new icon exists for templates, and when a user clicks the icon, a window will open with the set of templates they have access to within Outreach.

Users can search for keywords related to a specific template they are looking to insert, and then click to make a subject and body appear in the compose window.

Additional Information

With this version of the extension, Outreach will not populate the variables with prospect information, but that's coming very soon.

If your organization is not yet part of the Early Adopter program, please contact your success manager to enable it.
