Today we’re excited to share that Outreach Meetings for Outlook is now available! With this release, customers using Office 365 and Exchange 2013 will have access to the same great feature set that's currently available for our Gmail users.

Save time with pre-written calendar invite templates with information like conference call details, that your whole team can use. Outreach Meetings integrates with your calendar, letting you create reusable templates and personalize your invites with dynamic variables.
Schedule Meetings Quickly and Easily
Include public calendar links so your prospects can easily find a time that works for them or reschedule meetings without additional back and forth. You can even manage multiple schedules with the ability to book meetings on behalf of someone else, and reassign meeting owners without creating a new invitation.
Share availability from anywhere
Insert availability as bookable time blocks directly into your email so your prospects can book meetings with you instantly. You can suggest specific meeting times or share visibility into your whole calendar in just a few clicks, without ever leaving your inbox.
And of course, Outreach Meetings allows you to keep all of your records up to date with our seamless sync to Salesforce, even if the meeting changes.
Outreach customers who have adopted these features in Gmail have already seen amazing time savings and improved efficiency in their teams. For instance, on Jitterbit’s customer success team, where reps manage about 45 meetings per quarter, each rep is saving at least an hour per week since adopting Outreach Meetings’ Calendaring solution.
Outreach Meetings saves a lot of time that is otherwise spent on tasks like setting up meetings and pulling together invites. I would estimate that it saves us an hour or more a week per user. That's over a week of productivity per person we’re getting back over the course of a year!
