Never miss a call again

In-office or remote, never miss an inbound call again with Outreach’s new Call Notifications. When logged into the platform, reps are instantly notified when a call is incoming, or if you step away from your WFH desk, a call is missed.

This small feature will make a big impact to your workflows, allowing you to take action right away and improve the customer experience.

Gain control of your phone bill

Last month, we released a new admin capability to increase control on who can purchase phone numbers in Outreach. The new Phone Number Purchase Permissions allows admins to limit phone number purchasing powers to specific profiles in your organization, alleviating stress and unknowns from your monthly phone bill.
