Sellers can now compose emails or create Templates or Snippets in additional languages with our new Text Editor Multi-Language Support.

To start, Outreach will support the following languages:

  • Chinese (Simplified)
  • Chinese (Traditional)
  • French
  • German
  • Japanese
  • Korean
  • Portuguese
  • Spanish

Hello, it’s Me

Now you can make that hotline ring by directly purchasing phone numbers--including international--in Outreach. Users and admins can now self-purchase international phone numbers and directly upload any required documents in the platform. For countries or cases where a number is not available for immediate purchase, you can view up-to-date approval status for your requested countries.

Get your Syncs with Self-Service

Configuring your CRM is hard! Without a detailed understanding of field mappings, data types, and synchronization logic between all your systems, it’s easy for sync errors to occur.

Now, customers can access to their CRM error logs with our new CRM Plugin Export functionality. With this new self-service functionality, customers can download CRM plugin error messages into a CSV file for the last 90 days or 10k error messages (whichever is fewer).
