Outbox Email Schedule
We are always looking to improve the user experience, and with our new Outbox Email Schedule, you can now see how long it will take before an email is delivered. Now, users will be able to see the reason for delay, along with a message that shows when the message will be sent.
This feature lets users know exactly when an email will be sent to a prospect who is added to a sequence, and gives you greater control about when to communicate to prospects and maximize engagement.

Last-Touch Sequence Attribution
While closing deals is always the goal, sales leaders have had a historically difficult time determining which activities led to the opportunity and scaling those activities to drive revenue at scale. Outreach has brought transparency to revenue generation with Last-Touch Sequence Attribution, which identifies the last Sequence the prospect was in before they were converted to an Opportunity in Salesforce.
Now, sales managers can compare the effectiveness of Sequences across all facets of the opportunity over time--by quarter or year over year--and can prioritize the Sequences that build your pipeline.
