Our newest release, Sales Intelligence Tiles, solves both problems. The tiles surface information about prospects and accounts sales teams engage with every day, right where they work.
Synthesizing data from sources including Twitter, Owler, and MapBox, these tiles empower reps to have personalized conversations. Natalie Sieler, a Content Marketing Manager at ConsumerAffairs, told us, "the new layout allows us to see a huge overview of the prospect we are reaching out to!" Introducing Sales Intelligence Tiles
Tiles can be found on the account and prospect profiles in the "overview" tab.
Sales Intelligence Tiles come with 3 system layouts:
- Engagement insights: a combination of insightful information including company news, local time and historical interactions with prospect/account to ensure the communication is effective
- Prospect overview: everything from historical Outreach & Salesforce activity to custom fields
- Account overview: displays account firmographics and prospect information
Individuals have the ability to tailor which tiles show up in Account or Prospect overviews. Modifications made are unique to the individual, meaning changes to these tiles will only be reflected to the person making adjustments.
To customize your layout, select one of the system layouts and select "edit" to the right. Cloning the system layout allows you to customize with your preferences. Add, remove, and rearrange the tiles to fit your workflow and personal preference.
With the dashboard, you have can see the full picture of your account and readily access information at your disposal for making calls, sending emails, and building rapport. Over the next few months, expect to see additional enhancements to the intelligence tiles, including partner integrations, new tiles, design updates, and new suggested layouts.
