Introduction

Today, we're excited to announce that we have made Smart Views even smarter to help you organize and access your records across Outreach.

For those of you newer to Smart Views, this is an amazing feature that helps you track lists of records, including Prospects, Sequences, Templates, and more, that have similar attributes, for quick access for yourself or your team.

Now, users can hand-pick specific records and create a smart view with those records based without needing tags.

The Demo

As an introduction to Smart Views, you can think of them as a saved search, because after filtering your list of records down, you can save that view - just like a bookmark.

This works great for lists that need to change as the data beneath your entire recordset changes.

In this example, if you add the tag "Smart View Test" to the record, it will show up within the Smart View targeted to that tag.

However, when you want to create a Smart View that has specific hand-picked records in it, like a folder would, we now recommend our new Smart View enhancement that lets you manually select specific records, and create a Smart View just for those.

Additional Information

Remember that Smart Views can be shared with just yourself, or your entire team, and they are as flexible as your imagination.

We recommend you try out this new Smart View with a few records on Sequences, Prospects, or even Templates.
