February Product Round-Up
February was a month of celebrations and awards, from Tom Brady winning his sixth Super Bowl to Lady Gaga winning her first Academy Award (she probably should've won an award for her acceptance speech alone). Outreach also took home a big win by being listed on CB Insights and The New York Times 50 Future Unicorns report for the next billion dollar startups!

Inbound Warm Transfer
When inbound leads are torpedoing in from marketing, it’s key to direct them to the right person in the fastest, most efficient way possible! We’re excited to announce Inbound Warm Transfer, allowing Outreach Voice users to seamlessly hold and transfer calls between reps without hanging up on the prospect. Live Call Coaching
As a manager, do you ever wish you could listen in on a rep’s call and “secretly” assist the rep with pro-tips on “how to win the customer over”? We’re excited to announce Outreach’s new Live Call Coaching feature, enabling managers to join a rep’s call and provide real-time coaching — without the prospect ever knowing. Live Call Coaching helps managers close the gaps between high-performer dialers and low-performer dialers on their team, “secretly”! Check out our support articles to learn more.

Out with the old, and in with the new! Today we’re releasing a new redesigned Setting page, making it faster and easier to update your settings — without any hassle. Take it for a spin! *note: users can revert back to the original Settings page by clicking on the toggle located in the new Settings page.
