Sequence Enhancements for Outlook

In September, we rolled out our new Sequence enhancements for Outlook, creating an improved inbox experience for all Outreach users.

With as much as 32% of a sales rep’s day spent sending emails, Outreach allows all users to make the most of their time by leveraging these Sequence upgrades that deliver greater flexibility, visibility, and control from your inbox and the platform.

One of the key features we are excited for you to try is the multi-recipient conversations in Sequences, allowing reps to add multiple stakeholders to a single Sequence.


With Outreach's multi-recipient conversations, it simplifies the complexity of deals and reduces the amount of time it takes to follow up with each stakeholder on the buying team. In fact, with as many as 7 people involved in B2B purchasing decisions, reps can now use this multi-recipient capability to better execute account-based sales strategies.

With Outreach Galaxy’s new integration with Sigstr, reps can now target recipients so they receive personalized, high-impact display ad campaigns in the signature section below every sent email. They can segment content based on:
