Outreach is the Wonder Woman of mid-sized companies to work for in Washington
BOOM. We did it! I am so proud that Outreach was honored by Seattle Business Magazine as the best mid-sized company to work for in Washington and as one of the state's 100 best places to work overall.
It's rare that such a young company receives this level of recognition for workplace culture and employee engagement and satisfaction. While I think the kegs, unlimited snacks, and awesome Lake Union views at our office had a little bit to do with this award, at the end of the day, this achievement really comes down to one thing:

Though we have grown from a team of six people to over 170 in just 2.5 years, we've maintained a strong culture and held true to our values. Our company culture is based on five core principles: grit, honesty, perseverance, dedication, and being one with the customer. These have directly driven our tremendous growth and success over the last few years while ensuring our office remains a place where people are excited to come to work today ‒ a place where talented people grow and thrive.
We have created a culture of hungry craftspeople, and every day we allow our team to embrace their talent and do what they do best. We are passionate about what we do and about our customers. Most of all, we have each other's backs 100%. We support and celebrate each other every day. Nobody's hard work goes unnoticed.
