The summer may be winding down, but Outreach is still full steam ahead. Last month we released the biggest enhancements to Sequences ever, as well as new features that put our customers at the center of all that we do. And we wouldn’t be where we are without our employees, who continue to make Outreach one of the best places to work. See what else happened last month in our August Round-Up.
Upgraded Outreach Sequences
With Outreach Sequences, we revolutionized the way that sales reps designed, optimized, and executed engagements with prospects and customers. But we found a way to make Sequences even better. After analyzing hundreds of millions of data points and collecting customer feedback, we made enhancements to give you more flexibility, visibility, and control, as well as greater functionality to work from your inbox.
A great example is the capacity for multi-recipient conversations in Sequences.
Now, reps are able to communicate with multiple points of contact throughout the deal cycle right from their inbox--a true game changer given that as many as 7 people are involved in B2B purchasing decisions. See the rest of the Sequence enhancements in our product announcement.
Start & Stop Call Recording
We are always looking to improve our customer experience, so to give prospects the privacy they deserve while staying PCI compliant, we’ve released Start & Stop Call Recording. Now, Outreach users have in-call recording controls that allows you to start, stop, and resume a call recording at any time, eliminating the need to end a conversation and reschedule if the prospect doesn’t want the call recorded. With a single-click, users can start or stop recording an inbound or outbound call without interrupting the conversation.
Best Places to Work
Just last week, Puget Sound Business Journal named Outreach one of the best workplaces in Washington. We were rated #2 In the “Extra Large” company category, and #1 out of all rated software companies! A few members of our team attended the announcement party at T-Mobile Park, and we are so proud of everyone for making Outreach a great place to work.
