This year at Dreamforce, we’re excited to be kicking off the recurrent training concept of Sales Gym, a boot camp of sorts for all sales reps. At the Outreach booth (#1920), Sales Gym hosts Business Growth Coach Gene McNaughton
for many educational sessions geared toward improving sales techniques. It's widely recognized in the sales industry that 80% of sales occur only after five follow-ups, and 44% of reps are giving up after only one. Because there’s vast room for improvement, McNaughton will speak at the top of every hour during all expo hours for all four days of the San Francisco-based event, so don’t miss out—there’s no excuse not to catch one!
